PORTAGE, Wis. – Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital and Clinics has been recognized as a high performing hospital in pneumonia care in the 2026-2027 U.S. News and World Report Best Hospitals rankings.
The annual rankings are designed to help patients evaluate hospitals for a range of care needs, from common procedures to treatment for serious or complex illnesses. This year marked the 37th edition of the rankings, which place increased emphasis on risk-adjusted patient outcomes.
“This recognition reflects the dedication and compassion our caregivers bring to every patient who walks through our doors,” said Chris Squire, President of Southwest Division. “Pneumonia can be a serious and complex condition, and our team’s commitment to timely, effective, and patient‑centered care is what makes this achievement possible.”
According to U.S. News, a High Performing rating is the highest designation awarded for procedures and conditions and is typically earned by only 15 to 30 percent of hospitals evaluated in a particular area of care.
